2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password private and don't share it. If you spot suspicious activity, email support@holywords144business.com so we can lock it down.

3. The community

Prayer Wall, Chat Rooms, and Comments are shared spaces. Be kind. Don't post spam, harassment, hate, sexually explicit content, threats, doxxing, scams, or anything illegal. We may hide, edit, or remove anything that breaks this rule, and we may suspend repeat offenders without notice.

You keep the rights to anything you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, copy, and adapt it so we can run the service. If you delete a post, that license ends for that post.

4. Paid plans & donations

Holy Words offers Monthly ($5), Quarter ($12), Annual ($39), and Lifetime ($99) plans plus an optional tip jar, processed by Stripe and/or Google Play Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel from your account settings or the platform store.

Refunds: within 7 days of a charge we will refund any subscription on request, no questions, by emailing support@holywords144business.com. Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days. Tips are not refundable after they are processed.

5. AI features

Our AI devotional, storybook generator, and study chatbot are powered by large language models. They can be wrong, miss nuance, or produce content we did not anticipate. Use them as a study aid, not as a substitute for scripture, your pastor, or professional advice (medical, legal, financial, mental health).

6. Third-party content

Films, music, and sermons are licensed from their respective publishers or sourced from the public domain. Embedded YouTube content is governed by YouTube's own terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@holywords144business.com with a takedown request and we will respond promptly.

7. Service "as is"

Holy Words is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or that any specific feature will always be available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months, or $20 if you have paid nothing.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
